Add only what you need.
Plans and add-ons are prepaid from your KnotKitchen wallet; tablets and printers are bought once, online. Standard prices per outlet in Indian Rupees (INR); the app shows the exact amount before you pay. No installation fee.

Start by recharging your wallet with ₹3,000 or more in one payment: ₹499 + GST is taken from it and the rest stays in your wallet. The plan and your 30-day add-ons then renew together from the wallet every 30 days. After that, each top-up is ₹1,000 or more.
If the balance can’t cover a renewal, or runs out, you have 24 hours to recharge before the POS locks. While it is locked, staff can’t take orders or settle bills, and your website and table QR stop taking new orders. The owner can still sign in and recharge in Settings → Billing & Subscription, and everything unlocks as soon as the payment lands.

For counters that only bill: no tables or QR table ordering. Start by recharging your wallet with ₹3,000 or more in one payment; after that each top-up is ₹1,500 or more. Move up to the POS plan any time from Billing in the app.

Stop an add-on any time: it keeps working until the end of the period already paid (for the Website add-on, the year already paid), with no refund for the unused days. If your wallet can’t cover a Website renewal, only that add-on pauses until you recharge; the POS keeps working.

Buy once, paid online by UPI, card or netbanking (not from your wallet). No monthly fee. Delivered by KnotKitchen to serviceable locations in India, and yours from delivery. Cancel before KnotKitchen accepts the order for a full refund to your wallet, which we pay out to your bank account on request.

Other charges
- Platform fee on orders paid online: ₹3 + GST per website order and ₹1 + GST per table bill paid by QR. It is added to your customer’s bill as a “Platform fee” line only when they pay online, and the same amount is then deducted from your wallet. No fee on cash or counter payments, and it comes back to your wallet if the order is cancelled.
- Knot Eats (optional listing on eats.knotkitchen.com): ₹9 + GST per Knot Eats order (charged to the customer, passed through your wallet). It is that order’s Platform fee in place of the website fee, and it comes back to your wallet if the order is cancelled.
- E-bills (digital receipts sent to customers by SMS/WhatsApp): ₹0.25 + GST per bill. Failed sends and re-sends of the same bill are free.
- GST, where applicable, is shown separately on your invoice. Tablet and printer prices already include it.

Cancellation & refunds
Cancel anytime from Billing in the app or by email; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your wallet balance is not refundable, except as the Refund & Cancellation Policy states (for example, duplicate or erroneous payments).
- What does it cost?
- The POS plan is ₹499 + GST per 30 days, paid from your prepaid KnotKitchen wallet; your first recharge must be ₹3,000 or more, and later top-ups ₹1,000 or more. Tables and QR table ordering are included in the plan; add-ons, devices and per-order fees are listed under pricing. For counters that only bill, the Billing plan is ₹199 + GST per 30 days, without tables. The wallet is not refundable, except as the refund policy states. See pricing
- Do you supply hardware?
- Yes. Buy tablets and receipt printers once, ordered from Billing in the app (Order under pricing takes you there) and delivered to serviceable locations in India. Shipping
